Hello, back again after a long hiatus.  My plan is to post a new project twice a month.  I am working on writing up a backlog of developed patterns. So, stay tuned... Here is a new one: Spa Face Cloth.  It is a great beginner project, and will give you a chance to practice the basic stitches, and learn a simple shell edging. Spa Face Cloth Wildfingers Crochet Stitches and Techniques ch (chain stitch) sl st (slip stitch) sc (single crochet) hdc (half double crochet) dc (double crochet) tr (treble crochet) Slanted shell edging Materials : 1 Ball worsted weight cotton yarn #4 Hook size H Yarn needle Start : Chain 26 Row 1 : Sc in 2nd ch from hook, and in each chain across foundation chain. ( 15 sc) Row 2-3 : Ch 2 turn. Skip first st (ch 2 counts as first hdc). Hdc in each st across row. (25 hdc) Rows 3-4 : Ch 3, turn. Skip first st ( ch 3 counts as first dc) Dc in each st across row.
